She has trained and coached over 550 insurance/financial salespeople to become consistent at prospecting and self-promotion and has a proven track record in diverse industries. She teaches practical ways overcome the fear of prospecting and also ways to create and capitalize on golden opportunities. Connie has a proven track record in diverse industries, i.e., financial services, insurance, real estate, banking, print media, software, public broadcasting and executive search.
Connie has been a featured author for The Advisor Today and Broker World. She has been a speaker at GAMA International and several NAIFA chapters throughout the Southwestern United States. She was interviewed by Wall Street Journal, made a radio commercial for American Express and is the author of a Sales Coach book. Connie is a licensee of Behavioral Sciences Research Press, the world leaders in Sales Call Reluctance. She is a graduate of the Adler School of Professional Coaching has her Professional Certification.
She was chosen to participate in a prestigious scholarship program for executive coaching in Beijing China. Connie facilitated public speaking training for the Women in Parliament in Rwanda and sales training for Rwandan entrepreneurs. She facilitates training in Trinidad West Indies for British Gas, Nestles, Digicel, University of West Indies and other multinationals. Currently she is a mentor to a Jordanian woman entrepreneur through Thunderbird School of Global Management, one of the highest ranking business institutions in the world.
