Gina Pellegrini is the founder of Pellegrini Team Consulting, a national firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota that helps business owners streamline office systems and enhance team performance.

For almost twenty years, Gina has provided strategies to improve office workflow, productivity, and communication. She has a passion for teamwork and a demonstrated ability to motivate and bring out the best in people. With Gina’s help, employers become better leaders, and employees become more involved in the company vision, decision-making, and growth. Gina is a former assistant for a successful Chicago insurance producer and understands all sides of teamwork.

In addition to consulting, Gina hosts a variety of seminars and teleconferences, including The Revenue Resource, a group teleconference series to sharpen the phone skills of marketing coordinators, and The Ultimate Team, a group series on effective leadership and team building.

Gina is a well-known author and speaker, featured in trade magazines and national conferences.
