Machen MacDonald, CPCC, CCSC, is the Founder of ProBrilliance Leadership Institute and the bestselling author of The Power of Coaching book series. He is a world-class personal development coach and speaker. He has the ability to ignite the potential of his clients and audiences as he shows them how to find and utilize their true brilliance!

As a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach and Certified Comprehensive Sales Coach, he has years of experience training and developing individuals and teams in a number of settings from sole proprietors to executives in large corporations.

His unique ability to quickly analyze environments, personal strengths and available resources helps him to develop executable action plans that rapidly propel his clients to accomplish their greatest goals. Machen is happily married to his wife Laura, and they enjoy living on their ranch in Northern California with their three children.
