Ray Gauthier

Ray Gauthier is co-owner of TactiBrand (formerly Freedomarketing), a company that specializes in helping financial advisors achieve sustainable success in their businesses.

Ray has over 20 years of experience in Financial Services taking on progressively senior roles within the industry. Roles included a variety of accountabilities from overseeing areas such as HR administration, purchasing and the corporate PMO. At one point Ray was responsible for overseeing customer service operations of a team of 600 employees.

In 2001 Ray left financial services to become VP Customer Service for Canada’s largest utility. In 2007 Ray branched away from the corporate world to join TactiBrand. With his business partner, Kirk Lowe, Ray and the entire TactiBrand team have re-energized how business professionals look at and grow their practices.

Ray has two passions. First and foremost, Ray enjoys helping the people around him stretch themselves and achieve personal success beyond what they may have thought was possible. Secondly, Ray’s formal education was in computer science and as a result, he loves playing with technology… any technology.
